This is a really good app. Fantastic set of basic tools for editing. Nice filters included along with good textures. Other filters and textures can be purchased via in-app purchase or you can share to Facebook or Instagram to earn stars so you can purchase filters or textures. Overall I am really happy with the app Go get it!

This photo editor has lots of features and is reasonably priced. Im not sure what the stars mean though.
